  • Product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt, unfortunately a refund or exchange can't be offered to you.
  • Product must be unworn and returned in the original condition.
  • Product must have all tags attached, if applicable.
  • Shipping costs are non refundable and return postage is at customers' expense.
  • All returns must include the original packaging, without postal labels.
  • All return items must have a tracking number provided
  • Step 1: Please email support@outboundee.com and state the following
      • Order Number
      • Item code (this can be found on your Invoice)
      • Please state if you require a REFUND or STORE CREDIT
      • Reason:
        • Didn't suit me
        • Size was wrong
        • Does not match the description
        • Never arrived
        • Faulty Item (please include images)
  • Step 2: You will get a reply usually within 48 hours with a returns label and number, please affix this to the outside of your package.
  • Step 3: Send your package and email us the tracking number.

Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items, as it is not possible to refund items that are damaged due to improper protection and Outboundee is not responsible for lost or damaged products being returned to us.

Please allow up to 5 working days for processing your refund after your returned  item was received. Once your item was inspected and assessed that it is in an acceptable condition, the original payment will be credited according to the method used and the processing time of your bank.

  • Refunds will be made according to the method of payment at the time of purchase. Where the purchase was made by a debit or credit card the refund will be made to this card, provided the cardholder is present and in possession of the card otherwise an exchange will be offered. Please note a refund back onto a debit or credit card can take between 5 and 10 working days.
  • All refunds are processed in USD
  • Store credits will be provided in the form of a voucher code which can only be used online at our website, www.outboundee.com
  • Voucher code has to be redeemed within 30 days
  • Your use of the voucher code constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • The voucher code is applied to a cart during checkout.
